I need an apartment/share

OK, I know I said earlier I need a roommate. I just heard today that the landlords want to sell the condo I'm renting, so I need a new place to stay.

Let me know if you hear of anything close to downtown, where I'll have room for my cat and my plants. I can go up to 700/month or so.
