Is there an easy way to take LJ entries that I've already posted and re-post them to a community? I want to re-post some of my knitting entries in the knitting community.
I use either the LJ interface or Deepest Sender. There doesn't seem to be a great stand-alone client for Mac OS X. There's XJournal, but it's not stable for me.
I realize I can cut and past the code from one window to another in the LJ interface.
Go to File- Post History. Recall each entry you want to repost using calendar. Go to File - Save As and save them in a folder as *.xml files.
Once all of them are saved, Open a new Deepest Sender session, recall each entry that you saved and post them to the community of your choice.
This would be the easiest way to go about it since you will be performing a number of similar tasks in a row so there is less possibility of a mistake.
