wasn't she great. It's so nice to see someone with actual talent come off that American Idol crap. Will be interesting to watch and see if Jennifer Hudson stays around a bit or disappears into the past now.

She made such a strong impression on me as Effie White. It's hard for me to imagine her in other roles.

yep... I'm a little afraid for her that she will be Jennifer Holiday'd and not be able to get past her role as Effie. I hope not, she has an incredible voice and a lot of potential.
