Cook's Schmillustrated

Paco made some great meals last week using recipes from America's Top Model, oops I mean America's Test Kitchen, where the host has but one hand gesture, that is, one more than he had before the gesture consultant worked with him to slightly, ever so slightly, deWaspify him.

Today I made a meatloaf from Cook's Illustrated and it is teh suck.

Normally their stuff is pretty good. I get Cook's, courtesy of bearringsd, and picked up one of their annuals a year ago.
