They charged a price to purchase the program and suddenly wanted a new fee and then a monthly fee as well.

I passed! But it is certainly more populated and less social that ISPQ.

I don't know where small print is in cyber space but sometimes in the future - it will cost you a monthly fee versus a yearly fee
