Acid Reflux: Try Cialis or Levitra instead. Cialis lasts a LONG time. I had a hard on for 3 days with it. It was very popular at the sling.

Well... "dyspepsia" is one of the listed potential side effects for the drug. Hope it's not sufficiently annoying to obviate the intended benefit of the stuff....
I'm not taking it at work, silly. I was thinking of a pattern I've noticed lately. Take viagra, have an orgasm or two, go to sleep, get a major acid reflux thing.
I think I'll ask my urologist about Cialis. Maybe it will have fewer side-effects for me. It would be nice not to have the 4-hour countdown.
Another side-effect I get with Viagra is facial flushing. It's not that big a deal, but it feels like I'm blushing (or my face is sunburned) for 4 hours or so.
The flushing is an effect of the buildup of nitric oxide (because the Viagra blocks the enzyme that breaks it down), and it's a common symptom - about 10% of people that take Viagra.
The reflux symptoms are interesting - physiologically I could see how it might have an effect, but it's not a known common side effect.
Keep in mind that the symptoms you mention are class effects, and you might have the same symptoms with tadalafil (Cialis) as well.
