Though, to be honest, I'm glad I'll never have to make that particular decision. I'm all for not needlessly cutting off a perfectly alright portion of someone's anatomy, on the other hand, having worked in a hospital, I know exactly what happens when someone is no longer able to care for themselves, and it ain't pretty.
People get to the point where they can't wipe their own butts, also... What a weird anatomy we have. Who designed us... the shit should drop away. Enough with this wiping.
