I Passed!

I'm pleased to report that I passed the first of two tests for my MCDST certification!

It was close. I needed 700 points and I got 740. There is a chart that shows strengths and weaknesses. Apparently I'm strong at "Implementing and Conducting Administration of Resources" and weak at "Implementing, Managing, and Troubleshooting Network Protocols and Services."

I expect to do better on the second test, because it deals with subjects more interesting to me and easier to study. But hey, if I pass it by one point, I still get my certificate...

Oh not at all, this is a means to an end. I hate Microsloth, but the job I want to go for requires this cert.

The job I want would be combined Mac and Windows support, and usually when I end up in that situation, I'm the Mac guru.
