The apartment is a 3-level townhouse near the 60th-street MAX station. Two bedrooms, two baths, garage, nice appliances. 2 balconies and a little patio. It's a fabulous condo built in 2002. Half the rent is 625.00.
The lease is up March 31st. I would probably be able to renew for 6 months.
A small pet would be welcome. I have a cat.
