Portland, O Portland.

Paco and I are going to Portland tomorrow... we're staying through the weekend and going back to CT on Monday.

We'll be scouting out neighborhoods for a planned move in June. Do any landlords do month-to-month leases in Portland?

It's expected to rain all the time we're there. Might as well get used to it!

I don't know about month-to-month, but the few I've had while here have basically been cool about things. I think as long as you rent from an individual, rather than a company, most will accept a 30-Day notice should you decide to move before the lease is up.

Let me know when you get into town.
Other than dropping my car off at the shop, I'm free Thursday and Friday.

Also, I'm house-watching for a friend while he's in AZ for Fiesta this weekend, so I'll have hottub access...
